The wireless operating range is up to 30 metres. However, the transmission range of the wireless signal wil be reduced if the signal is transmitted through a number of walls and ceilings. Metal and UPVC doorframes will also reduce the operating range.
A small photovoltaic cell in the bellpush unit charges a 'micro energy unit' during daylight hours. The stored energy is sufficient to accomodate up to 100 bellpush operations during the night or poor daylight hours.
Bellpush unit measures 125mm Long x 40mm Wide x 27mm Deep.
A red LED above the press button can be seen to glow during dark hours so indicating the bellpush is active.
